A brief description.

  • Chris Arms Managing Director

    Chris is an innovative Engineer and Manager with a strong reputation in the field of water and wastewater engineering and "Alternative Thinking". Having operated in the construction industry for more than 30 years.

    Chris' field of expertise embraces all areas of water, sustainability and passive systems. He has been involved with the design,
    documentation and master planning for major precincts and developments throughout Australia and Asia.

  • Matt Murray Director - B.Eng (Civil)

    As Senior Hydraulic Engineer, Matt’s expertise is in the design and design management of large and specialist commercial projects including laboratories and large hospitals. His track record in these large projects demonstrates the required technical capability and ability to manage all aspects, from initial concept design, through to detailed design and construction administration. As part of a progressive environment, Matt has been shown to be a lateral thinker and problem solver.

  • Ben Wilson Director - B.Eng (Civil)

    Ben brings with him proven design and engineering experience and exceptional capabilities in environmental water and wastewater treatment. Together with development and management of information technology and business systems, Ben’s roles include detailed design, services coordination, attendance at design and coordination meetings, and preparing specifications. He is responsible for concept and detail design of hydraulic and fire services.

  • Vince Russo Civil Group Design Manager

    As Design Manager, Vince brings a multitude of experience having been a director of Grogan Richards P/L and recently with Lend Lease Urban Regan team as Infrastructure Manager. He has been fortunate enough to have worked on some of Melbourne large scale landmark residential and commercial developments. Over the period of 30 years Vince has developed core competencies in master planning developments, road and earthworks design, estate sewer pump station design, precinct trunk hydraulic services, hydraulic modelling and detailed design of drainage infrastructure, wetlands and civil works. He has also developed project management proficiency leading highly skilled and diverse design teams. He brings excellent authority relationships and interpersonal skills.

  • Peter Perkins Principal - Civil Group

    Peter has more than 30 years experience in the planning, design and management of civil engineering projects. Peter is widely recognised as a highly-focused consultant with a demonstrated capability to plan, conceive and consistently deliver innovative and cost-effective engineering outcomes on his projects. He has overseen and implemented major civil infrastructure works on numerous project assignments throughout Australia.

  • Dr Robyn Overall Environmental Scientist, BSc (Hons) PhD (Env. Chem.)

    Robyn is a highly experienced environmental scientist, with over 15 years of experience in water management and sustainable development in the mining and tourism industries and in urban expansion development projects. Robyn brings with her a breadth of knowledge in the use of passive wetland treatment systems to manage catchment hydrology and attenuate contamination and to contribute to the greening of the outdoor public realm.

  • Daniel Jones Senior Engineer, B. Eng (Civil and Infrastructure)

    As a senior member of the design team, Daniel’s roles include design, services coordination, attendance at design and coordination meetings and preparing specifications. He is responsible for managing projects, timelines, resourcing and reviewing designs both hydraulic and fire services. Daniel brings experience from a variety of projects to provide a different approach to hydraulic and fire services designs and a new perspective to existing projects.

  • Dr Peter Harbour Senior Scientist, BSc (Hons) PhD (Chem. Eng.)

    Peter is an innovative, colloid and surface scientist, with over 20 years of experience in the field of water and wastewater treatment in both research and full-scale applications. Peter’s expertise covers a wide range of treatment processes in both active and passive treatment systems with an emphasis on environmental and sustainable solutions.
